- 1 cup water;
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger;
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric;
- Coconut milk (according to your preferences);
- Raw organic honey (according to your preferences).
Process of preparation:
Put the water in a pot and heat until it boils. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat, add ginger and turmeric and leave it for 10 min more on low heat. When ready, remove it from the stove and cover it. Leave it to cool down and consume it fresh. If you like, you may add a bit of coconut milk or honey as a sweetener.
